98 Prism is a multi-currency expense and income tracker. You enter your own transactions; we store them so you can see them across your devices and share them with workspace members you invite.
Your email address and name (for your account), and the financial entries you create: amounts, currencies, categories, dates, notes, and any collections, trips, or workspaces you set up. That's it.
98 Prism does not connect to your bank, cards, or any financial institution. We never ask for account numbers, statements, or credentials. There is no investment or asset tracking. Every number in the app is one you typed in yourself.
Currency conversions use indicative reference rates (European Central Bank data via the Frankfurter service), fetched by 98 Prism's servers on a schedule. Your device never contacts the rate provider, and nothing about your data is sent to it. Rates are indicative — never a bank or transaction rate.
Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database and authentication service (Supabase), encrypted in transit. Your transactions are scoped to your workspaces — only you and members you've added to a workspace can see its data.
We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. There is no third-party analytics or ad tracking in the app.
You can delete any transaction, collection, trip, or workspace inside the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us and we'll remove it.
